Design/Build

In the Design/Build process, the design/builder owns the details of the design and is responsible for any gaps between plans and specifications and the Owner's requirements. It is the responsibility of the design/builder to pay for any shortfalls. Typically the design/build team is lead by the construction manager. The benefit to the Owner in this model is the single point of contact for the client.

Construction Management

Construction management means involving the contractor from the very beginning of the design process. This activity is a pre-construction service that allows the construction manager to provide input early in the process to help keep the project within budget parameters. We've found that owners are more comfortable with pricing. Bidding is still conducted, but it is performed at the subcontractor level - typically involving two to three subcontractors in each category.

General Contracting

No matter how small or large we will always deliver a job at the best possible price. Here at Osgood we don't jeopardize our quality or organizational background. As a general contractor we have experienced construction professionals, we coordinate trade sub-contractors, use the latest management tools in business. We do this because our goal is to the quality and deliverance of job. We always have the proper mix of project professionals. From our project managers, skilled craftsman, safety experts, engineers and quality control we assure our customers a successful outcome to their project.
